RESISTANCE - DECLARATION OF PEACE
Words came to me one night. Not a dream full of images, but a word carried on Spirit-wind. And it was this,
“Unmask the Powers behind the Nation-State and its tyranny over the people of Earth. This is the declaration of peace for all peoples.”
We the undersigned will,
Through the raising of consciousness, which is non-reactionary Being and non-violent action,
· Undermine the mythic pretensions of the ‘glory’ of the Nation-State.
· Undermine the ‘right’ of the Nation-State, with its declarations of war.
· Delegitimise the Military Industrial Complex.
· Delegitimise the power of the State to compel/demand the sacrifice of the People in warfare.
We advance the needs of the people:
· Universal Healthcare – State-free – no goals for privatisation
· Education – State-free, no pledges of allegiance
· raising consciousness of our common humanity and the spiritual development – children, adults – to balance
the minimalist and reductionist accretion of society and culture along the lines of materialism
· to advance peace through mutuality and not the commodification of life
Throughout history the Nation-State has brought to the People: War, Famine, Pestilence, Poverty and Terrorism.
This doesn’t mean that the system isn’t working, but that it’s doing what it was meant to do; creating divides between people, having a preferential option for the rich, denigrating the poor, managing resources so that they are freely available to the privileged rich. It’s what the System does. It isn’t broken.
Tyranny comes in the shape of mushroom clouds, barbed-wire fences and smoking chimneys.
However: ‘The horse and the rider will be thrown into the sea’.
Democracy is used to promote this oppressive agenda and not to serve the People. This ‘democracy’ is a lie.
We will not collaborate with liars, nor with their machinations of deceit, torture and control. The Nation-State that tortures its own citizens, needs to be delegitimised, not simply sanctioned so that its guilt moves out of sight.
· We will promote Mutuality and not self-interest.
· We will promote Mutuality and not struggle.
· We will promote Mutuality and not status.
· We will promote Mutuality and not race.
· We will promote Mutuality and not gender.
· We will promote Mutuality and not the politics of identity.
· We will promote Mutuality and not the management of scarcity.
· We will promote Mutuality and not media control.
(Pronouns are a classification scheme of the System. Are you part of the System? You are not a Pronoun!)
We will be asked, “What System will you use to achieve your goals?” But the thing which caused the problems cannot be used to rectify them. What has caused war cannot be used to bring about peace; that is why we never have peace in this world. We will not replace one System of exploitation and slavery with another. The System needs to be served a redundancy notice.
Most people cannot think outside of the System. They have become conditioned to think and move and have their being, inside of it. It is their perceived means of life support.
The Nation-State is a state of unconsciousness, wherein people are more susceptible to the manipulation of power, propaganda and patriotism. Consciousness is the only foil to this.
Consciousness is the ultimate anarchy; that is, freedom from Nation-State ideologies.
Consciousness is the epitome of iconoclasm; for it breaks the images of Power with their Principalities and Dominions.
Consciousness is Presence and as with Ancient Jewish Mythology, the idol falls face-down due to that Presence. The ideologies are defaced and disarmed (rendered armless!) in front of Presence. The dual-natured ideology of the sea and the land, The Beast, is thrown to the ground.
We are the apocalypse, this grand unveiling, the unmasking of Power.
All change must begin with an inner anarchy.
We are consciousness. We dwell outside of their authority – ‘an arche’.
